Scanning

• Scan plan sizes from A3 to A0, maximum width is 914mm
• Scan any width up to 914 with maximum length to 20 mts.
• Final file formats available are .pdf & .jpeg
• Scanning can be done at high resolution either Colour or Black & White
• We accept small to very large scan requests
• We will scan a single plan or 10,000 plus plans to the digital format of your choice for archival purposes
• We can e-mail to you or to your client
• We can re-name files to reflect the drawing number, then create directory structures for logical and easy retrieval (fees apply)
• We offer a service where we can scan revised project drawing/s, convert file to a .pdf, then upload to a nominated consultants FTP site or to a project web site
• We use the latest scanning hardware
• We can convert Scanned Drawing images top dxf/dwg format
• We can convert scanned multiple paged documents to “Word Documents” (OCR Conversion).

A4 & A3 document scanning
• With a high speed document feed scanner we can offer very competitive rates and quick turn around
• We can create single or multi-page .tif or .pdf files
• A document handling and preparation fee may apply – the worse the condition of the originals, the slower the process becomes. As we charge a very low Bulk scan rate, it is necessary to apply a recovery fee for the time taken to prepare the pages for intake by the scanner
• Scanning can be done at high resolution either Colour or Black & White.
