Plan Scan have made all building permit, inspection and occupancy permit details available for our clients over the net. The site is updated with the information received in our throughout the day.

Using PIMS, clients with the building permit number can answer the following commonly asked questions at any time -

• Has the frame inspection been approved?
• Has the final inspection been approved?
• Has the documentation been received by Plan Scan to issue the Occupancy Permit?

ePermits

Plan Scan are leading the way with full electronic lodgement and approval of building permits. Now building permit applications can be lodged via email in PDF format which saves on printing and postage costs.

Building permits are electronically stamped and emailed back, so the client has a copy of the building permit within minutes of it being issued. This system saves a minimum of 2 days over the conventianal postage system.
