ePermits

Plan Scan are leading the way with full electronic lodgement and approval of building permits. Now building permit applications can be lodged via email in PDF format which saves on printing and postage costs.

Building permits are electronically stamped and emailed back, so the client has a copy of the building permit within minutes of it being issued. This system saves a minimum of 2 days over the conventianal postage system.

eStatus

The team at Plan Scan are proud to announce the latest tools in the online processing and tracking of building permit applications.
It is our belief that the easiest and most efficient method of tracking and receiving jobs is via email. While other companies require you to log onto their website, we have developed a system where your email client becomes the portal to our ePermit system.

Through email, it is now possible to:
- Apply for PSI’s®, Building Permits, Building Permit Amendments and Occupancy Permits.
- Track the status of PSI’s®, Building Permit Applications, Amendments, On-site Inspections and Occupancy Permits.

eResults

As well as the eStatus system, we have also produced the Results@Planscan system. This system is similar to the eStatus system, however it responds to requests for inspection results in clear, simple text that is designed to be displayed on the growing number of smart phones (Blackberry, iPhone, etc) used throughout the industry. This gives supervisors the quickest method yet of obtaining results for inspections.

As well as the eStatus and eResults systems, Plan Scan still maintain their online web service which gives information relating to building permit applications, building permits issued, inspection undertaken and occupancy permit details.
